Dr. Robert Mobley | Lakeside Ophthalmology CenterDr. Robert Mobley is Founder and Director of Lakeside Ophthalmology Center (LOC), a private practice clinic established in 1988. During this time, Dr. Mobley’s philosophy of “quality personal eye care” has been the driving force behind the growth of LOC.

Dr. Mobley is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine “with distinction” and was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Scholar Society.

He completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit. He has been in private practice since 1984.

Dr. Mobley specializes in Cataract Surgery and was one of the first Ophthalmologists to utilize small-incision “no-stitch” surgery and Laser-assisted Cataract surgery. He also specializes in Diabetic eye care, Glaucoma and diseases of the Macula.

His 30+ years of experience has allowed him to hone his clinical skills while constantly keeping up-to-date as to new developments in his fields of specialty.
